Living In Color
The majority of my adult life has been spent doused in black. All black everything. It was partially influenced by the taste of my city when I lived in New York, but it more so represented my inner world. I lived a life void of color, emotionally detached, and utterly unhappy.
Since radically healing myself starting in early 2017 and moving to Denver, I’ve been living a life of color. I can feel the richness of human experience- the highs, the lows, the light-filled existence of it all. Finally, lately, I’ve been incorporating color into my wardrobe and how I represent myself, and it feels amazing- feminine and fun and alive. .
Black will always have a very special place in my heart, but for now, I am loving this level up journey I’m on and being in alignment outwardly with who I’ve grown into inwardly. The only constant is change- so embrace it and grow!
