On Integrity.

What is integrity? Integrity is doing the right or good thing even when it is difficult. It is living in and speaking our truth every day, unwaveringly. It is maintaining honesty with the people we are connected to in whatever capacity.

Only in integrity can we ever be free. Otherwise, we are plagued because whether we like it or not, or we’re conscious of it or not, we all have a moral compass guiding us. Acting outside of our integrity disrupts our direction, takes us out of ourselves, out of the present, disconnects us from each other, weakens us. Stay in your power, stay in your truth, stay in your integrity.
